Return & Refund Policy

At Atrangi, your happiness matters most. If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make it right.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.


🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@atrangi.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.)


💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


🔁 Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get what you want, simply return the original item and place a new order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us will not be eligible.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@atrangi.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
