✅ Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
🔄 How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at returns@atrangi.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.)
💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
🔁 Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or style? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get what you want, simply return the original item and place a new order.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us will not be eligible.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@atrangi.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
